"We want our clients to know that we understand their pains, challenges, and fears. Operating a small to mid-size business is about courage, passion and hope. It can be frustrating. Sometimes you feel that things aren't moving fast enough and you’re juggling everything but somehow you know that growth and success is around the corner. You just need help figuring it out.
Helping you is what our business is all about. We are passionate about taking clients to the next level. Ours is a "holistic" approach. We view the business as one system. That's why we try to get all the issues out to then identify possible solutions, build a plan of action and then work closely with clients to do whatever it takes to execute on it."

Bernard Landry, Partner![]() Financial Management and Accounting Systems
|
Community service, banking and business—these areas define Bernard Landry, consultant and mentor to small and mid-size business. After nearly 20 years in banking, close to 10 years as a business owner/consultant and many decades of volunteerism, Bernard knows what it takes to run a business and help others successfully run theirs. As a consultant to small and mid-size business owners, Bernard will tell you that when you can show return on investment and results on the bottom line from your combined efforts, you develop deep and lasting relationships with your customers.
Bernard left banking in 1999 after a successful career as Branch Manager at a major Canadian chartered bank and as General Manager at ADEL-Kent-LEDA. He struck out on his own because he passionately wanted to be an entrepreneur; he wanted to walk in their shoes and prove he could be successful owning his own business. Today, he'll be the first to tell you that it has made him a much better consultant. Bernard knows finance and accounting because he's done it all whether it is basic bookkeeping and accounting systems, building cash flow, doing financial forecasting, creating business plans or market and industry analysis. But success in business is more than numbers as Bernard will attest; it's about the quality of leadership, your management and your employees. Bernard looks at all these aspects when he's working with his clients. His degree in Business Administration, Fellowship in Banking Management and years of consulting expertise provide the foundation upon which to make a positive and lasting impact. b.landry@nufocusgroup.com T 506 860-6010 x301 C 506 383-3950 F 506 860-6011 |
